The Indian stock market has opened strong supported by index heavyweights. The Sensex is up 111.59 points or 0.4 percent at 26765.19, and the Nifty is up 35 points or 0.4 percent at 8191.65. About 661 shares have advanced, 281 shares declined, and 35 shares are unchanged. Maruti Suzuki: Maruti Suzuki will recall more than 77,000 cars, most of which the Baleno hatchback, to upgrade an airbag software and fix other problems, taking the number of vehicles that auto makers in India recalled so far this month to about 1.5 lakh.
DLF: India's largest real estate firm DLF has reported a 23 per cent drop in its consolidated net profit at Rs 132 crore for the quarter ended March 2016, compared to a net profit of Rs 172 crore, in the same quarter last year. DLF is expecting to receive expressions of interest from prospective investors for the sale of its promoters' 40% stake in the company's rental arm DLF Cyber City Developers ( DCCDL ) over the next two weeks.

इन कंपनियों के प्रमोटर्स ने बेचे 5 हजार करोड़ से ज्यादा के स्टॉक्स, क्या करें इन्वेस्टर्स :-
पिछले ढाई महीने में इन्फोसिस, आयशर मोटर्स, पेज इंडस्ट्रीज, जुबिलैंट फूड वर्क्स और कैस्ट्रॉल इंडिया जैसी बड़ी कंपनियों के प्रमोटर्स बड़ी हिस्सेदारी बेचकर कुल 5,601 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए हैं। इसीलिए इन कंपनियों के मजबूत फंडामेंटल के बावजूद स्टॉक्स में गिरावट देखने को मिली है।
माना जाता है कि प्रमोटर्स स्टॉक्स के भाव और नहीं बढ़ने और गिरवी शेयर छुड़ाने या फिर किसी निजी काम के लिए कंपनी की हिस्सेदारी बेचते हैं। ऐसे में इन्वेस्टर्स को शॉर्ट टर्म में तो बिकवाली करनी चाहिए, लेकिन लॉन्ग टर्म में बड़ी गिरावट आने पर खरीददारी करना सही स्ट्रैटजी होती है।
 प्रमोटर्स ने पांच हजार करोड़ से ज्यादा के शेयर बेचे :-

बीएसई की वेबसाइट पर दिए गए कंपनियों के नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक आयशर मोटर्स के प्रमोटर्स ने हाल में 11.4 लाख शेयर बेचकर 2,100 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए हैं। कैस्ट्रॉल इंडिया के प्रमोटर्स ने 5.68 करोड़ शेयर बेचकर 2,077 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए हैं। इन्फोसिस के प्रमोटर्स ने 75 लाख शेयर बेचकर 860 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए हैं।
जुबिलैंट फूड वर्क्स के प्रमोटर्स ने 23.7 लाख शेयर बेचकर 303 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए हैं। पेज इंडस्ट्री के प्रमोटर्स ने 2.2 लाख शेयर बेचकर 261 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए हैं। आयशर ने बीएसई को दी सूचना में बताया कि प्रमोटर्स के आयशर गुडअर्थ ट्रस्ट में हिस्सेदार अनीता लाल और रुकमणी जोशी ने बड़ा हिस्सा बेचकर करीब 2,077 करोड़ रुपए जुटए हैं। इस हिस्सा बिक्री के पीछे रकम का पर्सनल इस्तेमाल और चैरेटी को वजह बताया गया है।
इन्फोसिस के प्रमोटर्स और को फाउंडर एस गोपालकृष्णनन और एसडी शिबुलाल ने 75 लाख शेयर बेचकर करीब 900 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए हैं।
इस हिस्सा बिक्री में भी कारण पर्सनल बताया गया है। हालांकि अन्य प्रमोटर्स में हिस्सा बिक्री का कारण नहीं बताया गया है।

Today Market News Nifty hits 8100 in June series, Sensex firm

Ports are up while L&T, Bajaj Auto, ICICI Bank, Dr Reddy's Labs and HDFC Bank are losers in the Sensex. The Indian rupee extended gains. The currency has opened at 67.02 a dollar, up 15 paise compared to previous day's closing value of 67.17 a dollar. The USD-INR pair after briefly trading above 67.50 per dollar has moved back into the 66.50-67.50 range tracking global dollar weakness and positive equities.

Equity benchmarks started off Thursday's trade on a positive note, continuing upside for third consecutive session. The Sensex rose 138.25 points to 26019.42 and the Nifty climbed 31.55 points to 7966.45. Sensex rises for 3rd staright day, reclaims 26,000-mark.

The benchmark BSE Sensex recaptured the 26,000-mark in early trade Thursday on sustained buying by funds and retail investors amid firm overseas cues. Rising for the second straight session, the BSE 30-share barometer surged 118.63 points, or 0.46 percent, to 25,999.80 after moving in range of 26,068.61-25,941.51.

In other Asian markets, Tokyo shares gained Thursday morning, as energy stocks spiked after Brent crude soared above $50 a barrel for the first time this year, while markets focused on a G7 leaders` summit in Japan.

The benchmark Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange climbed 0.29 percent, or 48.28 points, to 16,805.63 by the break, while the broader Topix index of all first-section shares rose 0.28 percent, or 3.79 points, to 1,346.67.

Larsen & Toubro Ltd, one of the leading engineering and construction firms in India, will announce its Q4 numbers today. IIFL estimates the company’s net profit to plummet to Rs.1,800 crore, at a rate of 13% yoy; however, the same is likely to rise 73.9% qoq.   

Bharti Airtel: Bharti Airtel has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 1800 MHz spectrum from Videocon Telecom for Rs.4,428 crore.

Cipla: The company has posted a net profit after minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs. 808.70 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 whereas the same was at Rs. 2596.60 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

Tech Mahindra: The company’s consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 6,883.73 crore, up 2.72% qoq and 12.54% yoy.

Amara Raja Batteries Ltd : posted a net profit of Rs. 1086.00 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as compared to Rs. 1022.60 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

Apollo Hospitals: Apollo Hospitals, one of the leading hospital-chain in India, will announce its financial results today. As per IIFL’s forecast, the company’s net revenue for Q4 FY16 is expected to rise to Rs.1,443 crore, at a rate of 19.9% yoy and 4.5% qoq.    
 
Bank of India: The Bank has posted a net loss of Rs.3587 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 whereas the same was at Rs.56.1 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.   

Tata Power: The company is planning to raise up to Rs 4,000 crore by selling corporate bonds as it aims to fund its proposed acquisition of renewable energy assets from the Welspun group, as per media reports.

Monsanto: Monsanto rejected Bayer's $62 billion takeover bid, calling it "incomplete and financially inadequate.", according to reports.The company reportedly said that a higher bid might be accepted.

  • मिडकैप और स्मॉलकैप शेयरों में खरीदारी दिख रही है।
  • बीएसई का मिडकैप इंडेक्स 0.3 फीसदी बढ़कर 11060 के स्तर पर पहुंच गया है।
  • बीएसई का स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स 0.5 फीसदी की मजबूती के साथ 11025 के स्तर पर पहुंच गया है।
  •  एफएमसीजी, मेटल, बैंकिंग, ऑटो और कैपिटल गुड्स शेयरों में खरीदारी से बाजार में बढ़त आई है।
  •  बीएसई का कैपिटल गुड्स करीब 0.5 फीसदी बढ़ा है।
  •  निफ्टी के एफएमसीजी इंडेक्स में 3 फीसदी की जोरदार तेजी आई है।
  •  निफ्टी के मेटल इंडेक्स में 0.8 फीसदी और ऑटो इंडेक्स में 0.25 फीसदी की बढ़त दर्ज की गई है।

  •  बाजार में कारोबार के इस दौरान आईटीसी, अदानी पोर्ट्स, टाटा पावर, हिंडाल्को, बॉश, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, टाटा मोटर्स और ल्यूपिन 5.5-0.5 फीसदी तक उछले हैं।
  •  हालांकि दिग्गज शेयरों में सिप्ला 0.9 फीसदी, एचडीएफसी 0.8 फीसदी, विप्रो 0.5 फीसदी, एनटीपीसी 0.5 फीसदी, डॉ रेड्डीज 0.5 फीसदी और बीपीसीएल 0.3 फीसदी तक गिरे हैं।

Britannia profits up 13.8% :-
Britannia Q4 net up 14% to Rs 190cr, excise duty phase-out hurts:-Britannia said growth for fourth quarter and full year (FY16) was impacted by about 100 basis points due to phasing out of excise duty incentives available to the company. Bakery and dairy products maker Britannia Industries   ' fourth quarter consolidated net profit rising 13.7 percent to Rs 190.2 crore and revenue climbing 7.2 percent to Rs 2,211.4 crore compared to year-ago period.

Profitability was impacted by sharp spike in provisions and lowers other income & operating profit while deterioration in asset quality continued.

ITC gained 1 percent after posting better-than-expected Q4 results. Adani Ports, ONGC, NTPC and Bajaj Autowere top gainers in the Sensex. Losers were Lupin (down 9 percent), ICICI Bank, Reliance, M&M and Tata Motors. The market breadth was weak.

The Indian market ended lower on Friday, extending losses to a third successive day. Fears about U.S. interest rate hike and the rupee's weakness weighed on the market. As stocks turned weak in the final hour, the key indices eased to 2-week lows. The Sensex ended down 97.82 points or 0.39% at 25,301.90.

The Nifty50 closed at 7749.70, down 33.70 points or 0.43%. Healthcare and realty stocks declined. Oil, industrials, IT, bank and capital goods stocks too closed mostly weak. Metal, automobile, power, FMCG and consumer durables ended mixed. Midcap and smallcap stocks failed to find any significant support.
